I recently had my first hot stone massage with Paula at Rainy Lake Zen Life and it was fantastic! The massage room was tranquil and welcoming with soft lighting and gentle music. Paula made me feel comfortable and at ease, along with her technique, combining heated stones with traditional strokes that melted away my tension. Overall, the expertise and the calming environment made for an incredibly relaxing experience. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Can hardly wait to return. Highly recommend!

What a gem of a place you have Paula, thank you for providing a wellness space for us all to learn and grow. The rooms, from private to group size for yoga and massage are serine and tranquil. 10/10
The hot stone massage was by far the most relaxing stress reducing massage I’ve had in a long time.
