* To take this class you must have indoor running shoes* We have shoe sliders available for use and available for purchase. This fun and high energy class combines Zumba-style dance moves and exercise. Get your sweat on with Arlene and get moving!

Please note that classes must be registered to attend 2 hrs prior to start time. We also ask that you give us at least 2 hrs notice to cancel a class. Classes may be canceled if none is attending.
