Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY Rainy Lake Zen Life Yoga Inc. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to modify your scheduled appointment. To ensure the highest quality of service for all our valued clients, we maintain the following cancellation policy: ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIREMENTS: • All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time • Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or through our booking system REFUND POLICY: • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee • No-Shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full service amount RESCHEDULING: • Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional cost if done 48 hours or more in advance • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to the 50% fee EXCEPTIONS: • Medical emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation • Severe weather conditions that affect travel safety will be considered for policy exceptions We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy as it allows us to serve all our clients effectively and maintain our high standard of service.
