Service Description
HIIT Boxing is a high-intensity interval training workout that combines the fundamentals of boxing with cardio and strength exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on building endurance, power, and coordination while burning calories in a fun and engaging way. What to Expect: Boxing Drills: Incorporate punches, combinations, and defensive moves. HIIT Intervals: High-energy bursts of boxing alternated with short recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. Bodyweight & Strength Training: Core exercises, squats, push-ups, and other movements to enhance overall strength and agility. Dynamic Warm-up & Cool-down: Prepares the body for intense activity and helps with recovery post-workout. This class is perfect for anyone looking to release stress, build muscle tone, and boost their fitness in a supportive, fast-paced environment. No prior boxing experience is needed. Gloves and wraps are often provided or required.

Please note that classes must be registered to attend 2 hrs prior to start time. We also ask that you give us at least 2 hrs notice to cancel a class. Classes may be canceled if none is attending.
