Service Description
This relaxing yoga class allows you to wind down at the end of your day with a slower practice. Start with gentle movement on the mat, followed by a guided meditation. Nourish yourself, one breath at a time.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that classes must be registered to attend 2 hrs prior to start time. We also ask that you give us at least 2 hrs notice to cancel a class. Classes may be canceled if none is attending.
